Refunds

If a pack isn't right for you, email hello@overcutfx.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and you'll get a full refund, as long as you haven't used the templates yet. Once a template has been used in a project or a render, the sale is final.

The exception: if a template doesn't work in a supported version of DaVinci Resolve, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you, used or not.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and usually land within five working days.

The only thing we ask is that you don't keep using the templates after a refund.
